So just who am I? My name is Cara Richardson.

I am the founder of Ohanala and CEO of Cycle Positive®—a dedicated education and training platform pioneering cycle-positive workplace culture and cycle-centric leadership. (Cycle Positive’s website is still in beta testing but it will give you an idea of what we do).
As a certified Menstruality Educator and Archetypal Embodiment Facilitator, my approach to cyclical intelligence and personal transformation is both grounded and professional.
