hello wonder-filled wombxn. you’re here, you made it. and I am so grateful for you.
It was such an honour to sit in circle with you at Seven Sisters on the weekend.
Womb reclamation is not unicorns and rainbows. It’s a soul shredding, deep dive into the hidden parts of your wild sovereign self.
Below are some gentle practices and tips for continuing to deepen into your womb space.
We also have a free upcoming Share Circle on Saturday Dec 7th, in Windsor Melbourne to support you in your integration (see RSVP details below).
As you integrate, remember to be gentle with yourself.
And know that it doesn’t matter whether you have a womb, or don’t have a menstrual cycle. You can still activate your womb’s innate inner wisdom by cycling with the moon.
Your journey at Seven Sisters was absolutely epic.
Under the light of the full moon, you bravely gave your subconscious self permission to open up to new ways of being and thinking.
It’s 1000% A-OK if you feel a little sleepy, moody, rattled or euphoric (or everything in between).
Your loyal solider, aka ‘little self’ has been very comfortable with how things have been up to this point — and they aren’t always willing to change things up.
Once again, thank YOU for trusting me to journey with you. Your presence was such a gift to my heart.
Much Love,
Cara, Sacred Cycle Activist.

Here are some simple practices for deepening your connection to your sacred womb wisdom.
-
Having a daily cycle practice can be so deeply healing.
It doesn’t matter whether you have a physical womb or not. Or if you no longer menstruate. You can still connect to the seasons and cycles through the power of the moon.
This page here covers the basics of starting a daily Sacred Cycle practice.

This is the simple breath practice we did at the beginning of each circle.
It can be deeply nourishing when you feel the need for extra support and grounding.
Lower or close your eyes.
Place one hand on your womb + belly.
Place the other on your heart + throat.
Feel your feet or buttocks on the earth.
And gently breathe into this place.
Feel the support of Mama Earth holding you. Feel the sacred waters of life slowly bubbling up into your body. Refreshing you. Nourishing you. Washing away anything you don’t need with each gentle out-breath.
-
If you struggle with painful periods, anxiety, burn-out or overwhelm, conscious rest can often be the balm that your body really needs.
Is there a way that you can gift yourself 1% more time to slow down and be alone in your Inner Winter season?
Are you able to create ‘Sacred Cycle Allies’ and invite your partner, children, friends or co-workers to give you a little more ‘breathing space’ and support so that you can actually drop the to-do list.
This is one of the hardest practices to gift ourselves especially when we have been taught we must keep going.
Communication and healthy boundaries can be really helpful here.

Within your hidden subconscious lies your Golden Shadow.
These are the parts of yourself that you may not know how to show to the world, but it’s where your power and inner peace resides.
Practicing Sacred Cycle Awareness can open you up to these hidden aspects of your psyche.
By deepening your relationship to the different ‘flavours’ of each of your inner cyclic seasons, you can begin to connect with what you truly want, need and desire.

This is a powerful article about healing the wound of comparison.
The wound of comparison can be so invasive. It lurks beneath our conscious self and is often rooted in our tender places of hidden trauma.
Healing our wounds can be done gently when we are surrounded by a community that cares for us.
-
Trusting others is such a tender topic for a lot of people, regardless of gender. Yet for women, and womb-owners it can be really hard.
The practices at the end of this article are a simple, gentle way to starting to soften the heart to feel safe in spaces with other womb-owners.

These three practices can be helpful if big emotions rise up.
Allowing uncomfortable emotions to arise can help us to release dense energy in our bodies, however it can sometimes feel overwhelming.
You can self-regulate your nervous system with the following 3 simple practices.
First, simply place both feet gently on the ground, legs slightly apart, place a hand on your heart and your hand on your belly.
Take 3 - 5 deep gentle, deep slow breaths.
If you still feel uncomfortable, gently cross your arms over your body and give yourself a gentle squeeze. Y
ou can tap your fingers gently like butterfly wings, or softly rub your hands up and down your arms which can help to regulate your nervous system.
Be gentle on yourself, and seek professional advice if you need further support .
